What is GTM Engineer School?

Who is the GTM Engineer School for?
GTM, RevOps, marketing operators and founders with a real role and a real problem to solve — plus job seekers building a portfolio-grade case study. It's for people ready to do the work: user research, weekly building, and peer feedback. It's not for passive, self-paced learners.
What makes GTM Engineer School different from other courses?
Dedicated tool weeks plus the cross-stack systems thinking to connect them, a build-don't-watch format where every workshop ships a working component, founder-led live teaching from Jared, and peer learning groups plus a lifelong alumni community.
What does a typical class look like?
A 30-minute warm-up (Loom walkthrough + 1-pager) before the session, then a live workshop: 25 minutes of expert-led teaching, 45 minutes inside your peer learning group of four, 45 minutes back as a full cohort to share what each group built, and 5 minutes to close. You build async during the week and drop into optional office hours as needed.
What if I do not build my workflow within the class time?
You keep building async during the week and post a Friday WIP update inside the cohort Slack. TAs and sponsors run optional office-hours debugging sessions throughout the week whenever you need a hand.
What do I need to bring to class?
A real GTM problem and a real role to apply it to, plus your own accounts for the tools we use. Claude requires your own subscription.
Which tool accounts do I need, and do I need to pay for credits?
Your tuition includes a mid-tier paid plan or credits for Clay, Octave and Swan, so you're not buying tool access to do the coursework. Claude is the exception and needs your own subscription.
What are the requirements for each tool account?
For Clay, Octave and Swan the plan and credits come with your tuition, so there's nothing to buy before you start. Claude is your own subscription. We confirm the exact tier for each tool before the week you need it.
Will there be time to network with other students?
Yes. You're matched into a peer learning group of four (by time zone and skill), you share work in an always-on Slack, and the alumni community stays open to you for life.
I am already advanced in one of the tools. Is this still for me?
Yes. The program teaches cross-stack systems thinking — how Clay, Octave, Swan, and Claude connect into one workflow — which goes well beyond depth in any single tool.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. Workshop replays, slide decks, and Loom walkthroughs are all included.
Are tickets refundable?
Up to 4 weeks before the cohort starts, yes, less card processing fees. Inside 4 weeks we don't issue refunds, though if something personal comes up that blocks your participation, message Jared on LinkedIn and we'll look at moving you to the next cohort.
Why would I pay $1,850 for an 8-week program?

Where do I get help if I am stuck?

Can I enroll for just part of the program?
