Before enrolling, a lot of my processes were still more manual than I wanted, especially around Clay workflows and figuring out how to get the most out of Claude for GTM work. I knew the tools but wanted to go deeper. The best part was the content quality and the caliber of the people behind it. Before GTM Engineering School, we had no outbound motion, no enrichment, and minimal automation. The take-home exercises built real competency and sparked “what else can we automate” thinking across the business. We’ve cut ~5 hours of meetings per week and stood up a fully automated outbound enrichment sequence marching us towards 20% more meetings per seller.

Before I joined the program I was completely overwhelmed with which tools, workflows and use cases I should be focusing on.
